More than 40 years later, Garrett employees carry the same passion. Countless hours, and sometimes years, are spent researching and engineering a new product or technology in Garrett's labs before it is made available. Garrett metal detectors are subjected to the coldest mountains and the hottest deserts as part of their field testing process.
